Box Styles
We carry all major corrugated box styles to suit your specific needs.
Regular Slotted Container (RSC)
The most common box style. All flaps are the same length, and the two outer flaps meet at the center of the box. Ideal for most shipping and storage needs.
Best for: General shipping, storage, moving
Half Slotted Container (HSC)
Similar to RSC but with flaps on only one side. Perfect for sliding items in from the top or for use as trays and shelf displays.
Best for: Trays, displays, bin storage
Full Overlap (FOL)
All flaps fully overlap when closed, providing extra cushioning and stacking strength on the top and bottom. Excellent for heavy items.
Best for: Heavy items, stacking, export shipping
Telescoping Boxes
A two-piece design where the top slides over the bottom. Provides excellent protection and allows easy access. Great for fragile items.
Best for: Fragile goods, artwork, produce
Wall Types
The wall construction determines the strength and weight capacity of the box.
Single Wall
Standard corrugated with one fluted layer between two liners. Suitable for lightweight to medium-weight products and general shipping.
Best for: Light to medium shipments, retail packaging, moving boxes
Double Wall
Two fluted layers for significantly increased strength and puncture resistance. The preferred choice for heavier items and longer shipping distances.
Best for: Heavy products, stacking, long-distance shipping
Triple Wall
Three fluted layers creating an extremely rigid and durable container. Often used as a wood crate alternative for the heaviest industrial applications.
Best for: Machinery, industrial parts, export crating

$$$Used once or minimally. No tears, dents, or moisture damage. Minimal printing or easily covered. 90-100% of original strength.
Best for: Most shipping and storage needs
Good
$$Used 2-3 times. May have minor dents, light printing, or small tape residue. Still structurally sound with 70-85% of original strength.
Best for: Internal shipping, storage, moving
Fair
$Multiple uses. May show visible wear, printing, or minor repairs. Still functional for non-demanding applications. 50-70% of original strength.
