We carry both new and used options in most categories.

New boxes are brand new from the manufacturer and have never been used. Used boxes have been previously used for shipping or storage but are still structurally sound. We grade our used boxes as Like New, Good, or Fair so you know exactly what condition to expect. Used boxes are typically 40-70% less expensive than new boxes of the same size and type.

Yes, we offer volume discounts on all products. Orders of 100+ units receive 5% off, 500+ units get 10% off, and 1,000+ units receive 15% or more off. For very large orders (5,000+), contact us for custom pricing. These discounts apply to both new and used boxes.

We deliver throughout the Atlanta metro area with same-day and next-day options. We also deliver to the greater Georgia area (2-3 business days) and the Southeast region including Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and the Florida panhandle (3-5 business days via freight). Delivery is free for orders over $500 within the Atlanta metro area.

A gaylord box is a large, heavy-duty corrugated container typically measuring 48 x 40 x 36 inches — designed to sit on a standard pallet. They are used for bulk storage and shipping of loose items, produce, auto parts, recyclables, and more. Gaylords can hold 1,000 to 3,500 pounds depending on the wall type. We carry standard, tall, half, heavy-duty, five-panel, and produce varieties.

The right box should be slightly larger than your product on all sides to allow for cushioning material. As a general rule, leave 2-3 inches of space on each side for padding. For heavy items, use smaller boxes to keep the total weight manageable. For fragile items, consider double-wall construction and custom inserts. Yes, our custom solutions team designs and produces packaging tailored to your exact needs. There is no minimum order for standard products — you can buy as few as one box. For custom packaging projects, minimums vary based on the complexity of the design but typically start at 100 units. For selling boxes to us, we have a minimum of 25 boxes for individual sellers. Business accounts have no minimums for recurring pickups.

Yes. Every used box goes through our inspection and refurbishment process. We check for structural integrity, moisture damage, contamination, and odors. Boxes are cleaned, repaired if needed, and graded honestly. We will never sell you a box that is not safe and functional for its rated use. Our condition grades clearly communicate what to expect.
